$200 for 50-60 minute intake session

Yes, I am currently in network with United Healthcare/Optum and BCBS of Arizona.
If you have coverage through another insurance, I can provide a superbill for you to submit for potential reimbursement. Please note that receiving a superbill does not guarantee payment from your insurance company. It is highly recommended that you contact the number on the back of your insurance card before your appointment to verify your out-of-network benefits and understand what portion, if any, may be covered. This helps ensure you have a clear understanding of your financial responsibility.
