  • I utilize a HIPAA-secure video platform. You can join from any private location in the state of Arizona. You'll receive a link before each session.

  • I require a 24-hour cancellation notice for all appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $100 fee.

  • The first step is to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to ensure we are a good fit. You can reach out by clicking here to visit the contact page.

  • The first session is an intake appointment. We will review your history and presenting concerns. My main focus is getting to know you better and collaborating on meaningful goals.

  • Most clients find weekly sessions are most effective, especially at the beginning, to build momentum and consistency. We can determine the frequency that works best for your progress and your specific situation.

  • For those not utilizing insurance and doing private pay:

    $200 for 50-60 minute intake session

    $150 for 50 minute follow-up session

  • I am an in-network provider with several major insurance plans. I manage my claims through two different channels.
